The AI Premium Reshapes the Market
The global enterprise SaaS market continues to prove its resilience in 2025, even amid macro uncertainty. Venture capital investment into enterprise SaaS totaled $22 billion across 751 deals in Q2 2025. While this marked a sharp drop from Q1’s $60.3 billion, the figure was inflated by OpenAI’s $40 billion megadeal. Excluding that outlier, enterprise SaaS deal activity actually grew 8.4% quarter-over-quarter.
